The discovery phase allows us to explore your project in greater depth and begin building a working relationship. We schedule a consultation to discuss your vision, priorities, and expectations. If land has been purchased, we may also review the property to better understand site conditions and opportunities.

Once the project is a strong fit, we enter a Preliminary Construction Agreement. This phase allows us to evaluate the project in detail and prepare for construction. We work collaboratively with the homeowner and design team to refine scope, review plans, and develop realistic expectations.

• Coordination with engineers or consultants

• Site evaluation & planning considerations

The goal is to align design, budget, and logistics before construction begins.

Once design and budget are aligned, the project moves into a formal construction agreement. At this stage, scope, budget, and timeline are clearly defined, allowing us to move forward with detailed planning and scheduling. Before construction begins, we finalize key selections, coordinate subcontractors, and prepare the project for a smooth start.

With planning complete, construction begins. Our team manages scheduling, subcontractors, materials, and inspections while maintaining steady progress on site. Throughout the build, we provide clear communication around milestones, timelines, and any decisions along the way. Careful coordination ensures the project moves forward efficiently and with attention to detail.

As the home nears completion, we move through final inspections, finishing details, and a comprehensive walkthrough. We review the home together, address any remaining items, and ensure everything is ready for move-in. At handover, clients receive important documentation and guidance for caring for their home.
